Knitting function:

It is able to knit the basic knitting organizations (full needle,single side etc), multicolour random jacquard weave, applique(intarsia), twist knitting, pointelle and other weft knitting organizations. It is applicable for real silk, spun silk, synthetic, wool, acrylic, blended, yarn and other raw materials toknit the sweater and scarf, cap, trousers,socks and garment accessories.

Characteristics:

1.Carriage turn back with high speed（maximum to 0.05ms), optimized the turning distance；

2.Carriage size is reduced by 3cm (51cm), and the actual reback has been shortened by 4.6cm,( for example: if calculated like 100cm/s, 22 lines will save 1 second.)

3.The high speed motor controlled varied stitch, within 4mm carriage running zone can  finished 1mm varied stitch value ! Greatly reflect the varied stitch application；

4.The raising cam is controlled seperately, can do pre-select in the middle. The carriage can turn back from the middle when automatic locking, when working with single system, reback will shortened 13cm,  it greatly improved the working efficiency；(for example: if calaulate like 100cm/s, 8 lines will save 1 second)

5.Colour changing system：2*8 groups of yarn mouth configurations are equipped in two sides of four guide rails for the purpose of shifting the yarn mouth at any position of needle bed( standard configuration 2*8) ；

6.The high-quanlity batching roller system, the soft upper roller traction which is specially designed, can ensure the posotion closes to the mouth of needle plate and improve the high quality batching control on the fabrics；

7.New type sinker control technology is not need manual adjustment . It greatly reduced the floating when yarn take down and reduced missed stitch when do transfer, thus the  qualification rate has improved greatly. 

8.New stitch mode, it can do advanced stitch when in single motor control double stitch working situation and can do forced knocking off loop.

9.Double racking design, shift distance can be the limited of 4inch.
